Mattress Warranty:

Go Beds offers a limited warranty on all our mattress products to the original purchaser. The warranty period varies depending on the specific mattress model you’ve purchased:

  • Dual Magic, Memory Magic, and Latex Magic Mattresses:
    Our mattresses are covered by a 10-year limited warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper handling.

  • Starter Magic Mattresses:
    Our Starter magic mattresses are covered by a 3-year limited warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper handling.

  • Pillow Warranty:

    Go Beds offers a limited warranty on all our pillow products to the original purchaser:

  • Go Comfort Pillows:

    Our pillows are covered by a 3-year limited warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper handling.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Our warranty covers issues such as sagging, body impressions, or structural defects that may arise during the specified warranty period.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, changes in personal comfort preferences, or damage caused by improper use, abuse, accidents, or inadequate support.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim:

  • If you believe your Go Beds mattress or pillow has a covered defect, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
  • You will need to provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) along with clear photos or descriptions of the issue you are experiencing.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the warranty claim process and provide further instructions.

Warranty Resolution:

  • Depending on the nature of the warranty claim, we will either repair or replace the defective product.

  • The warranty does not cover normal body impressions of up to 2 inches, as this is a natural occurrence in quality foam products and does not impact the performance of the mattress.
  • Our warranty is valid only for products purchased and used within India.
  • The warranty is void if the product has been subjected to abuse, misuse, or inadequate support.
